Homework Help Percentage/Percent – It’s out of 100. In Class 4 we’ve been studying percentage. The symbol for percentage is % and it means out of 100. Decimals can be converted to a % by multiplying by 100= so 0.25 is 25%; 0.58= 58%; 0.105 = 10.5%
